An important indicator for an infection is increased body temperature (compared to other people in the immediate surroundings), generally known as fever. Our thermo-module is measuring temperature of the moving objects in automated mode., and an alarm triggered if it deviates. This allows persons with increased body temperature to be identified quickly and reliably, and to be isolated for more exact testing

ControlledCare’s Thermo Controller is perfect for identifying potentially ill persons. There are two modes of usage:
Intercom Mode,- when thermo-detector is activated at the entrance door, when door bell or card access at the door is triggered
Auto Scanning,- when thermo-detector automatically scanning moving human body objects, and depending on the trace-hold temperature level is sending alarm notifications, poping-up an alarm screen with attached video stream and therm-matrix scanned image.
Our anti-pandemic auto fever detector is not a hand-held thermo gun or screening camera only. It is a hybrid thermal checkpoint, automated body temperature scanner, human presence and live monitoring solution.
Typical scenarios:
Visitors-Staff Alert: Can be installed as an optional module to the existing door intercom, or door access controller. Allows for the safe capture and detection of human fever which can be caused by the virus, flu or illness. This module captures the temperature of the surface of the skin on a person’s head and if high fever is signaled, will generate an alarm event.
Patient Room Alert: Thermo scanning is a part of the room controller, and continuously scanning pre-defined area in the patient room for the human body presence and fever detection. Is also scanning in automated mode other visitors, or staff bodies as well. It is also able to detect lower fever grades
This thermal imaging system don’t actually measure internal body temperature — it measure the radiated energy from the first 1/1000 of an inch of a surface. The radiant energy is then converted into an electronic signal that produces a thermal image with temperature calculation.
Our controller is monitoring a crowd of people at once or sequential. Assuming that the majority of the measured maximum head temperature values are coming from healthy individuals the exceptions with an elevated body temperature can be easily detected and generate an Alarm Event.
