Overview
EMS is capable of collecting and storing CDR calls in the database. Furthermore, the CDR calls information can be presented via Analytics.
EMS is able to use either of the two PBX systems: Vodia PBX and Voxxtel PBX.
At the end of each call, a PBX will send data in SOAP or JSON to the EMS. To specify the appropriate CDR capture on the PBX side, use the required link and paste it to the CDR URL field in the PBX configuration.
