Overview
The EMS system uses pre-defined System roles to give appropriate access to users of defined roles. If we add a new role, we will not be able to assign it any rights as the system does not support this type of functionality at this moment. If we delete a pre-defined system role, we will loose the role functionality of the platform.

1.Add a new role action, this doesn't have any use at the present moment
2.List of pre-defined system roles with an action item to delete a role; deleting a role is NOT recommended
