Overview
Staff layer of the EMS system, which works in conjunction with the EMS Mobile application. Here we can define staff, include their information and attach a Staff Card, which is generated in the EMS Mobile application. By using NFC technology of the mobile device staff can cancel alarm events on physical devices of type Device and Wireless Device via the EMS Mobile application. The information sent from the EMS Mobile application to cancel an alarm event will be registered in the EMS system with a staff mark, whose staff card in the mobile application is found and attached to in the staff layer.
We can use this information to analyze the work of each staff by generating various staff analytical reports.
Currently, the cancellation of alarm events via NFC tags is partially working, the alarm event is cancelled on the EMS system, analytical data is shown, however, the physical device does not change it's state back to normal.
