Overview
Review analytical data for all or filtered events for a specified period of time. Also, it is possible to use a pre-defined template to quickly load the analytical data.
It is possible to export analytical data to PDF, Excel and Word file formats.
This analytical data is received from a PBX system linked to the EMS system, and if an extension is present in the CDR call data and it's attached to a Device or a Wireless Device the appropriate information will be shown in the analytical data report.
