Users

Overview

You can define users for Monitor and Manager roles which may be required for different situations, Admin and SuperAdmin roles are not popular among general users, and Staff role is used via the Staff layer. Situations where Monitor and Manager users may be required are brought up below,

 

1.If you have multiple physical monitors, that are controlled by different users, and would like to display different information on each monitor, then you would want to define multiple Monitor role users where they would be able to select and display an appropriate output to the monitor

2.If you have multiple facility members managing the platform, i.e.: generating reports, reviewing analytics and other managerial tasks, then you would want to define multiple Manager role users
